U Bolts Extended Leg range from 15mm to 200mm, are supplied with 2 No. nuts and have longer legs and thread.
Generally applied where there is a greater need for clearance, or thicker substrates must be clamped.
In general, a U-bolt is a bolt in the shape of the letter U with threads on both ends. Primarily used for supporting pipework, through which fluids and gasses pass.
U-bolts, for instance, attach pipes or steel round bars to wood or steel posts, hold wrought-iron pipes in mechanical installations, or act as anchor bolts in concrete.
Finish: Zinc Plated to BS 7371-1:2009.
