Pipe Saddles

Pipe Saddles are available in sizes ranging from 20mm to 200mm.  They allow pipes to expand without damaging insulation and help to prevent damage caused by rubbing against other pipes.

With massive weights of rushing liquids, and corrosive elements bearing down on your pipes, it pays to have them with some form of support. Installing pipe saddles may be a simple way to transfer the pipe’s load weight onto a supporting base.

Pipe saddles can keep your piping system stronger for extended use, thus saving on long-term costs. A couple of of the more common ways these saddles can protect your pipes are elevation, anchoring and adding adjustable support.

Elevating pipes when they rest on bare ground or grimy surfaces will prevent corrosion.

If your pipes are heavy, and any movement could destroy pipe surfaces, Pipe saddles can cushion the force of that movement, lift pipes up, and secure pipe runs.

They work in a similar way as a horse saddle which supports its rider and prevents them from bouncing around.
